Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed. An email confirmation will include tracking for the delivery of your order. Salt & Kai is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped.

Salt & Kai will issue a full refund for merchandise returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unaltered, unused, unwashed, and have original tags/packaging intact.

Salt & Kai may be able to exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to arrange an exchange for the same item, please contact us with the details via email at hello@saltandkai.com
