We’re looking for friendly, reliable teammates to join Salt & Kai as Store Associates — people who bring genuine warmth to every customer interaction and take pride in keeping our shop beautiful and inviting. This role goes beyond ringing up sales; it’s about creating an exceptional experience for each customer. You’ll help maintain thoughtfully arranged displays, keep products stocked and tidy, and ensure each person who visits feels welcomed, appreciated, and inspired to return.
