Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed. An email confirmation will include tracking for the delivery of your order.

Salt & Kai is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped.

Depending on your shipping preferences, you should expect your treasures between 2-8 days once product has processed and shipped.

Salt & Kai offers store credit or exchanges, only, for any items returned within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be unaltered, unused, unwashed, clean and have original tags/packaging intact. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To complete your return/exchange, please email us at hello@saltandkai.com and include your receipt, order confirmation number and/or photo of your packing slip. Let us know if you would like to return for store credit or exchange for another item, including the new item information. Please note, you are responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.

Once we receive the item, please allow 3-5 days to process your return/exchange. For new items from an exchange request, please expect 3-8 additional days for delivery.

** Salt & Kai may be able to exchange items that are defective or damaged for the same exact item, if we're notified within 3 days of delivery.
