Welcome to the Salt & Kai Creative Café—a relaxed, welcoming space to slow down, try something creative, and enjoy a little time for yourself or with your favorite people.

Book a 1.5-hour reservation for your party, then choose your activity when you arrive. Just like a café, we’ll welcome you with a menu—but here, you’ll order something to create! Our menu changes weekly with the seasons, fresh inspiration, and available supplies.

Come solo, bring a friend, make it a date, or gather a small group. Our beginner-friendly activities are self-paced, with instructions to follow and light guidance from our team along the way.

Enjoy a complimentary tea, coffee, or cold beverage with your creative experience.

Reservations are suggested, but not required. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows.

Choose your favorite hand-poured candle scent from our Nashville candle-maker, select a patterned design, then wrap and finish your candle with hand-painted gold details. How It Works

1. Reserve your seats — $35 per person.
Choose an available time, select the number of participants in your party, and prepay online to secure your seats. Your reservation includes 1.5 hours in the Creative Café, your choice of an activity from the weekly menu, and a complimentary beverage. No need to choose your activity ahead of time!

2. Explore the menu.
When you arrive, check in with our team and choose what you’d like to create. Each person in your party can select a different activity.

3. Settle in and create.
We’ll bring you your activity kit with materials and instructions. Enjoy creating at your own pace, with our team available to help you get started and offer light guidance along the way.

Reservations are suggested, but not required. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows and can pay in-store before getting started.

Optional extras, such as frames for pressed flower art, are available for an additional purchase.

A Few Things to Know

• A relaxed, self-guided experience: Creative Café activities aren’t instructor-led workshops. Our team also assists shop customers, so guidance is available throughout your visit rather than continuous instruction.
• A changing menu: Activities rotate weekly and may change as supplies become available or sell out. The menu during your visit may differ from the one listed when you book.
• Walk-ins welcome: Stop by during Creative Café hours and check in with our team. Seating and start times depend on space and staff availability.
• Coming with a larger group? Contact the shop before booking so we can help plan your visit.
• In-store experiences only: Creative Café purchases are enjoyed at Salt & Kai and are not shipped.
